My story
I never thought life could bring me to Asia. Lets go back a year and half, I was doing my master's program and one day I got a really interesting job offer in Beijing China. In this moment of my life I didn't understand what was happening, but anyway I agreed, because I think that everything happens for a reason. My first glance of China was like a parallel universe, everything seemed different: food, smells, traffic and local citizen’s behavior. I totally fell in love with this amazing city - Beijing. There are a lot of interesting places, where you can discover and see something new with a different perspective. I'd like to help you see all the nice places, help you to avoid making the same mistakes as I did and lastly sharing my experience with you, my dear stranger. I'll help you be able to have an amazing trip
What do I do here?
Before moving to China, I was an ordinary student of linguistics faculty, who was dreaming and making plans about her future. I was working at school as a teacher, but I realized that Russia isn't a country I want to live and work in. I had the idea that one day everything will change. But from my thoughts and experience, I realized that in Russia it could be unreal and this made me depressed. I thought that only moving to another country and changing the rhythm of my life can be my salvation. At that time I got a message with a work suggestion, I was studying my master's program. After that message and when my visa was ready, I took the decision to leave my specialty that I didn’t like and go to China. After living 1 month in Beijing my life totally changed in a good way. I had new goals, met new people and new opportunities came to my life. Now, after some time of living there,I clearly realized, what I want from this life. So, guys dreams come true, remember it!
What's the best of my city?
First, Beijing - the largest city in the whole world, can impress you with its size. From the south part to the north it may take around 3 hours by car. Its good for us that the most interesting places are in the center of the city. Secondly, Beijing boasts quite a few imperial gardens and parks that are characterized by magnificent views and well-known for having red-wall buildings. There is Beihai Park, Tiantan park( as well known as the Temple of heaven) , Ditan park, Summer palace etc. Also, Beijing can impress you with all the kinds of traditional Chinese food, if you've never been to China before, most of the kind of food can be “disgusting” for you and here I can help you choose the tastiest and most interesting traditional Chinese food. By the way, Beijing has amazing night views. And we can go to the non-touristic part of the Great Wall which is near Beijing and national mountain park Shi du, where you can take amazing pictures on the glass bridge.

For most of us China still is something like a secret place, as I said before - a parallel universe. And not everyone can make a brave decision to go there, due to the fact, that you need some preparation before going to China. For example, because they didn’t know China has a special payment system my friends came to china and stayed for 2 weeks without any money. Also, as I said before, Chinese food is different, you should be totally ready for that. By the way, the smells here are also different. The most difficult thing is that It is totally unreal to make conversations with locals in China, cause their level of English leaves much to be desired. And as one of my friends said: " To come to China You need a guide, or live here nearly for half a year", that's so true.
