My story

Paris is the place to be for great food, so after completing my BA in History I moved here to study pastry in a prestigious school, Ferrandi, and then worked in a luxury pastry shop in the city centre, a 3* Michelin restaurant and a 5* hotel. These experiences helped me realise my love for was was more than just my job, it was and is my passion and true vocation.

What do I do here?

Before coming to Paris, I had my cakes company in Moscow and the business was going well, however I knew that I didn't have enough knowledge to excel in the field of pastry, so after hesitating between a MA in History and a pastry course, I decided upon the last one. I have been teaching back in Moscow (English and History) and I think passing on what I know is one of the most favourite things for me in my profession.

What's the best of my city?

Paris is quite versatile when it comes to food. Peruvian ceviche, signature cocktails, voluminous croissants, flavourful fruit sorbets in the summer and luscious hot chocolate in the winter... I think there is simply no type of food you can't find here and this is exactly what makes it so attractive - everyone can find something suitable to their taste.

My tours secret sauce

I know quite a few hidden, off the beaten track places where only locals go and share some great tips and tricks that will help you experience Paris from a different angle and see it in its complicity. I believe that Paris has a lot of gems to show and I would love to be your guide on the quest to find a great macaron, show you how chocolate is made in a chocolate factory in the heart of the capital or some other wonders. Can't wait to see you soon in Paris!
