I travelled Scotland, Wales, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Germany, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Seattle, Oregon, New York, San Francisco and Vancouver. Now I live in Tokyo, my home town.
My day job is in the field of allied-health, education and research. I also volunteer for a dementia support NPO. My passion is Onsen (hot spring), Sento (public SPA), cooking, music, and cafe hopping.
Tokyo is the city where curiosity doesn't (usually) kill a cat, so relax, step forward, and explore! I live in central Tokyo, near Shinjuku and Nakano. Shinjuku hosts a gigantic business and commercial district, with recently updated Central park and traditional Gyoen-garden. Nakano is a mecca for manga sub-culture fans, and offers the backstreet bars and unique greasy spoons (or chopsticks...).
If you are interested in pushing carts at the local supermarket stores, or to compare prices of fashionable outfit between Shinjuku department stores, or to find a quiet and cozy spot for a cup of tea, maybe I can help. I will do my best to find solutions for persons with specific requirements, such as family with small kids, who uses adaptive devices and wheelchairs, and who benefits from extra attention.
