I was born and raised in Madeira. I've always been passionate about my island, which is why I never felt the urge to leave. And why should I? I leave in the pearl of the Atlantic. We have nice food, nice weather, nice beverages and nice people. If you like any of these things, you're very welcome to come and try them.
I'm a neuropsychologist. People are the main drive for everything I do and interpersonal relations are my main focus. The way people relate to each other, the way I can relate to them and vice versa is something I find astounding. In the end, it's all about making friends and making the most of what I can give to people and what I can learn from them.
Madeira is full of resources. If you're looking for nature and adventures, nightlife and diversions, food and drinks, this is the place. If you ask me, the quietness and the atmosphere of the mountains can set your mind at ease and provide you with a pack full of good energies and prepare you for the restlessness of the everyday life. On the opposite side, our parties and festivals can provide you with a kind of experience you can hardly find anywhere else. Top it off with a view over the ocean and the mountains, and we have a recipe for an amazing trip.
I'm some sort of a hidden gem seeker. Those not well-known places with the best ponchas, those hard-to-find views over the horizon, those little corners with the best local food. These are the kinds of things I like to do and, if you're a little like me you'll do too.
