My name is Sveta and I am a 25 years old Moscow citizen. I always say that my hobby is walking the streets in the center of the city and exploring new locations. I am interested in architecture, arts and urbanism. Seeing how city lives work is my greatest plan for trip. I am an architect. After four years of hard work in KB Strelka in projects for Moscow, different Russian and post Soviet Union cities I realised that I want to share my specific knowledge with tourists. I can tell you about the newest landscape projects such as Zaryadye Park, Khokhlovskaya Square and Sadovoe ring. I would like to show you important Soviet Union modernism architectural projects.
My special topic is my hometown Zelenograd (30 min from Moscow). It was developed as a center of electronics, microelectronics and the computer industry known as "Soviet/Russian Silicon Valley". This place is the famous example of Soviet Union modernizm urban planning and architecture. I would like to share this location with professionals and passionate people about this type of theme. I live in Moscow now. Today, I think that it is a perfect place for living for me. I participate in projects, which are connected with this city and I see how it is changed in a good way.
I see how Moscow has been changing so fast in a good way. It has become a more modern and comfortable city. But at the same time, Moscow has a unique, deep and interesting history. This mix creates endless interest. I would like to share with tourists the other side of Moscow sightseeing places. Because it has much more unique places instead of Red Square and Kremlin. We can go through all architectural periods of this place and see how it has changed. I hope you will like it as I do.)
I am a localie, who knows not only sightseeing (which you can find in every guidebook), but also what is an actual for Moscow life today. I want to be a guide, who will share locations with people passionate about architecture. I would like to be a guide for architectural and historical research and professional experiences.
