Locals often consult me before buying wine, in return revealing their secrets: where you can buy the most delicious cheeses, sausages, olives and oil, sweets and other delicacies in the area.
I am a historian and specialist in wine and tourism. I confirmed this knowledge in France and received a diploma from the University of Toulon. Wine and travel are both my profession and my passion. For over 20 years I have been engaged in the selection and procurement of wine and alcohol. Organizing food and wine tours and tastings is an important part of my job and pleasure.
